Why ClearPath Change exists

After more than 20 years delivering complex change in Tier-1 financial institutions, a consistent pattern became clear.

Senior sponsors were carrying full accountability for outcomes they did not genuinely control.

This was rarely due to lack of capability or effort. More often it reflected unclear ownership, governance that appeared robust on paper but failed under pressure, reporting that reassured rather than informed, and fragmented delivery across teams and vendors.

ClearPath Change exists to address that gap. Not by adding process, but by restoring clarity, accountability, and leadership where it actually matters.

Umar has led high-risk regulatory and transformation programmes across global financial services environments where delivery failure carries real commercial and reputational consequences.

His experience includes recovering underperforming multi-stream programmes, leading large-scale regulatory migrations under severe time pressure, and restoring executive confidence in deteriorating delivery situations.

He works directly with accountable senior sponsors and remains actively involved throughout each engagement.

How we work

ClearPath Change operates as a focused delivery partner, not a strategy consultancy.

We work directly with accountable executives, operate inside decision-making forums, cut through reporting noise, and rebuild clarity of ownership, priorities, and controls.

This is hands-on recovery and stabilisation support, not advisory oversight.
